Advanced RMA allows processing credits/returns and repairs using one program.

 

Advnace RMA features:

  • Return of inactive items
  • Ability to set default return quantity to be 1
  • Ability to set default return warehouse and bin
  • Added custom restocking fee by price and percentage
  • Built in approval process workflow from receiving to Credit Memo generation
  • Separated restocking fee in invoice by items for clarification purposes
  • Using return from and return to pick-up address entry option
  • Automated "return from" and "return to" address suggestion per contact
  • Return of items from multiple locations
  • Ability to enter return tracking number with call tag currier and fee
  • Using inventory flow option that allows users to designate return line as scrap which automatically creates inventory adjustments when committing the return
  • Color coded item status (active, inactive, and discontinued)
  • Return Advance Replacment during RMA entry will automatically generated an advance replacement sales order from RMA entry and notifies designated recipients by email.
  • Return Replacement during receiving entry will automatically generate a replacement sales order from Customer Return entru and notifies designated recipients by email.
  • Ability to use "Unknown" category, which allows returns to either become a replacement return or repair.

The RMA lines that turn into Repair Orders (ROs) are given an RO number.  Repair Order module serves as a complete repair tool from estimating and investigating to repair tracking and sales order generations.
